Each task in the widget can be assigned the following attributes:

  • Task Status
    • To Do
    • In Progress
    • On Hold
    • Completed
  • Planned Timeframe
    • Due Today
    • Due This Week
    • Due This Month
    • No Deadline

This setup makes it easy to decide what to focus on now and which tasks are pending or delayed.
It's a straightforward design that fits seamlessly into everyday work.

Filtering by Status and Timeframe

You can filter tasks based on their status and planned timeframe.

  • Show only tasks not started that are due this week, so you can focus on what needs immediate attention
  • Hide completed tasks to keep the view clutter-free and concentrate on unfinished work
  • Review all tasks marked as "Undecided" to reassess and prioritize them

Filters update in real-time, allowing smooth and stress-free task management.

Flexible Placement and Multiple Widgets

Like other widgets, you can freely move and resize the Task Widget anywhere within your workspace.
